Virtual Biotechnology Marketplace for Asia-Pacific

AusBiotech, Australia's national biotech body, have announced the creation of a virtual biotechnology marketplace which aims to boost foreign investment and international business relationships for Australia's biotechnology companies.

The new initiative named BioNet Asia Pacific is a regional network which provides an online resource for members to identify financial and R&D partners in the Asia-Pacific region. Along with Australia and New Zealand, representatives from several Asian countries were involved in the development of the programme.
